I have been using Meaningful Beauty for almost two years and I am very satisfied with the brand and the products. After a couple of months of using the products someone did comment that my skin appeared to be glowing! I don't know that I agreed that I was glowing, but it was a great compliment that reinforced my own belief that the overall condition of my skin was better with this product than without. I have tried many different brands from expensive cosmetic lines to drug store brands. I have had some issues with Meaningful Beauty's shipping, and products arriving broken or damaged but customer service was great and replaced the products quickly. One note, it take a few days for their system to update changes to your kit so make sure to plan ahead if you want to change a monthly shipment.
I get mine every six weeks and make adjustments to my kit each season based on the weather. I am not sure why a computerized system would take so long to update a database but again, once I realized this was an issue and planned around it, I was fine. I have tried every one of their products and believe they all do work.
The daily sunscreen does smell and feel like a sunscreen so except in the summer, that is the only product I typically don't buy. But I use a tinted moisturizer everyday that contains sunscreen so I don't really need it. The skin wrinkle capsules, glowing and firming serums are my favorite products. I also really like the firming neck cream and the anti-again skin serum.
I certainly haven't noticed more wrinkles and if anything those that I do have are less visible. I am on a budget and I also like that the payments are staggered so I am not incurring a large payment all at once. She makes a great skin care line and has been around for over 10 years with many happy customers.
There are hundreds of those short term scam products. I literally have a spreadsheet of over 140 names of these scams. Nothing is free, it's only free during the trial period. They are out to bill you on day 12 and then move on, changing the name of the cream every 2 months to keep the scam going.
I think Cindy makes a great product, I just got my second shipment with all the full size products and was billed accordingly. I knew exactly how I would be billed going into this trial and I hope I made that clear in my blog post. She also does a great job explaining the billing once you order. There really should be no surprises with this skin care line. Let me know if you have any more questions, I'm happy to answer. I ordered the product and asked when I ordered it, if I could just order one kit.
The agent said it was an automatic renewal and I would have to cancel it at a later date. When my product arrived, I immediately called to cancel my next order. Then, a few months later, a product kit arrived in the mail. I called again to ask why I received the product.
They said the account was put on hold, not cancelled. They said I would have to take the product down to the post office and return the product, so I did. Now I have contacted meaningful beauty for the 4th time. They said they have now cancelled my account, however, they did not receive my product and I would need to forward proof of my shipment before they could refund me the approx.
I am now at a point of where I am sure they hope I am at, where the time to do all of this, is just not worth the $120. It appears this is part of their business model. After seeing the amazing infomercials I finally decided to try the introductory kit. When ordering it was NOT obvious to me that I was electing a recurring auto ship "membership".
I am sure it"s in the fine print but a reputable company would make it obvious and force you to check a box acknowledging that you were knowingly choosing this option. Anyway, the kit arrived and I read the enclosed documents and learned another shipment would be automatically sent to me and charged to my debit card . I decided to try the products for a week before canceling my "membership". I wasn"t that impressed, my skin felt dry and itchy, so I called after one week to cancel. The girl on the phone urged me to give it a try.
I had to get pretty adamant and she eventually said she was canceling the next order and I would receive email confirmation within 24 hours. Never got it and by that time I had checked the company"s reviews and discovered this company"s bad reputation and became concerned I would be charged. When the kit is delivered it says you will receive your auto refill in about 30 days. Its" really a lot closer to 2 weeks based on what I was told when I canceled. I called back to confirm my membership was canceled and was told it was, I asked for email confirmation, again was told I would have it in 24 hours.
Guess what, it should come as no surprise I have never received it. I plan to contact my bank to block all transactions drafted by them because I have a bad feeling this might not go away. Had they not made me feel like I was getting ripped off from the beginning I might have given the products more of a chance and found one or two I wanted to reorder. Instead I want to never do business with Guthy Renker again, have a bad impression of Cindy Crawford and Valerie Bertinelli and feel compelled to spread the word. Lesson learned, check the reviews before ordering anything. Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty skin care line has been developed and backed by a dermatologist by the name of Dr. Sebagh who is well known as the skin care specialist to the stars.
Meaningful Beauty has a very distinct smell to its skin care products which is the result of the rare melon. Consumer reviews suggest that the smell is very appealing. This Meaningful Beauty skin care line comes with a 30 day introductory offer of $29.99 and a money back guarantee and the price jumps to $110 for 3 months after the trial period. This makes Meaningful Beauty not just revolutionary, but well priced for the average user as well. WOW losts of mixed reviews on Meaningful Beauty, so here is my two cents so far. I just received my meaningful beauty kit about 6 days ago and have been using everyday and evening as directed, and I lov ethis stuff so far.
My guess people having a reaction to it, is in fact due to being allergic to one of the ingredients. My husband noticed a difference the second day of use, and I did too. Its not a ton, but it hasnt even been a weke yet, and so far my skin feels better than it ever has.
My complexion looks so much better, more even tone and its fining out the wrinkles i have. We can not expect those "amazing" results from any product. Each person is different and i have read as many great reviews as bad. Frankly must bad have been due to having a reaction to the product and stating bad customer service.
I had no problems when ording the product, i have not had to deal with customer service so at this time no complaints. I have had no negative reactions to this line of product. I have found it to be wonderful so far and I plan on continuing use for at least a month if not longer.
I cant fix my aging face, but i can try to slow it down and make what i have look better, so far this product is doing just that. I read tons of reviews before purchasing and actually didnt find anything negative until after getting the product. I beleive its a good quality product, and anythign worth trying needs a little time, though i would say this is one of the fastest ones in seeing results that i have ever tried. I would give a 0 based on Customer Service but it is not available.
I originally tried the product but found it was too strong for my skin so I cancelled the skincare & vitamin package. That was almost 5 months ago and they still attempt to take out the 2 separate charges every month – ]even though I speak with a Manager over and over to have it reversed/refunded each month. Tonight I just saw ANOTHER CHARGE of $54.94 for the skin care kit, the second charge should show any day now.
I told them tonight that I have had enough and was going to post my review and contact the better business bureau. Now that I have looked at their reviews and find that this is a ongoing complaint, I have a feeling I will be watching my bank statement for months to come. I have been using Meaningful Beauty for a couple of years and have received compliments on my complexion from family and people I just meet on the street. I find this product really moisturizes the face and hold that moisture for hours up until you are ready for your bedtime regiment.
The product is very nice and is priced reasonable for all the different items that you receive. This product goes a long way, I only have a few shipments a year, pay the full amount by money order instead of credit card, this works for me. If you like the product it's better to change your shipment arrangement and billing instead of canceling entirely. I use to use Estee Lauder for years and loved that product, but found it much more costly and it didn't last as long as Meaningful Beauty. For quality and price Meaningful Beauty is a great choice.
I have recommended this product to every person who told me my face looks moist and youthful. They advertise to try it for 30 days and if you like it do nothing and you will continue to receive shipments and charges each month, or cancel within 30 days to stop the process. I received no further shipments/charges until Nov 15. When I called Meaningful Beauty they explained that the Rep had placed the account in a hold status until Nov and had not cancelled because I had said that my wife did like the make-up. They said it was my responsibility to call before Nov.
They told me that I could return the shipment and they would credit me less shipping and handling. I told them that was ridiculous and that I was not responsible for S&H on a product I didn"t order. They backed off of hte S&H, but then told me it will take 2-3 weeks to receive the return shipping label, then 6-8 weeks for a refund. All told about 3 months to get a refund on their "no risk" trial offer. I ordered a 1-month trial for Meaningful Beauty through WEN Haircare. I received the trial kit, didn't think much of it, the products seemed mediocre, at best.
Not even 1 month later, I look at my bank statement and see they have taken $95 out of my account. The WEN Haircare sales person was extremely deceptive regarding how Meaningful Beauty operates and I was blindsided with this charge on my account. I called the Meaningful Beauty 800 number to cancel all future shipments and charges-the representative from this company was rude and had no customer service at all. She told me to send the next shipment back to sender and I would be refunded the money in 4 to 6 weeks. I have still not received any shipment from them and I have not been refunded anything. This is called theft and there should be charges brought up.
Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty and Victoria Principal's Reclaim are two of the most popular products on the market. Both products target women who are looking for a worthy product effective at reducing wrinkles and fine lines, reversing sun damage as well as preventing premature skin aging. You might have to try them both to decide; but the following information may disclose which one is your best bet as far as a new, age reducing skin care regime. I was given MB as a gift almost 2 years ago and i was excited because i always wanted it since i had seen the commercials. I am 35 and my skin is oily and can break out sometimes. I find these products even out my skin and smooth out the bumps and make it look fresh and bright and it seems to keep my skin from breaking out.
It feels good and i have not had any negative side effects. I am going to need more soon but due to the negative customer service reviews i am hesitant to buy directly from the company. My favorite products are the creme de serum, lifting eye cream and decollete neck cream.
Essentially, both of these products are valuable skin care lines. One of the problems is that both websites have excellent pricing structures for the first month until the third but then the prices jump up drastically. Unfortunately, few customers are aware of this at the onset!
For women who have very dry skin, the Reclaim system may work a little better since it has been developed with moisture in mind. It might be wise for consumers to enroll in the free trial period and try both products side by side to see which one works the best. Keep in mind that canceling both products in a timely manner is important to keep your account from being charged which has been the largest complaint by consumers for both products. Decided to upgrade my order to receive the bigger bottles. I had used the products as directed and within 2 days I broke out bad.
I had a hard boil cyst type knot show up on my chin. I called to cancel my order and the man told me I would still be charged for the remaining balance so I could give the products to a friend or family member. I told him I wanted a refund and he acted butt hurt.
And ssaid I could return them within 60 days and receive a refund minus shipping. I got off the phone with him and I went to the website to read the return policy again. She said I would receive a refund within 10 business days after they received the products back and told me she was sending me a shipping label. I sent everything back just as the return policy states. It's been over 30 days since I returned their products and I still havent received a refund AND my card was charged Nov.2020 Dec.2020 & Jan 2021 totaling over $265.00 Worst experience ever !! I literally used the product 2xs had that boil cyst type thing on my chin which was painful and when I finally got it to drain it was feverish and felt like it was pulsating with my heartbeat.
I have somewhat sensitive skin but never have I ever had that type of reaction to ANY other product or anything else for that matter. What really irritated me is they knew I used the product 2 days and what happened and I was still charged doesn't make any sense. And I'm having this much trouble getting my money back. Cindy should be more aware of what kind of product she is promoting. After reading the ingredients, since I don't use anything with mineral oil on my skin and other products I'm allergic to, I tried to cancel after half an hour and it was a total nightmare. Apparently they can charge your card but if you call right after your account is not set up for 24hrs so it can't be cancelled.
